The hotel is in a convenient location, just off La Ramblas and close to the opera theater, offering easy access to transportation options. The rooms were decently clean and tidy, although not soundproofed, so neighboring conversations could be heard at times. The service was friendly and helpful, making it easy to gather information about travel schedules and tickets. However, the dining options needed improvement, and the noise from the street could be bothersome.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was amazing, and the rooms, although a bit small, were cozy and clean. The only downside was the issue with the room heating, but they promptly offered another room with a balcony, which was a nice touch.
